that (arvice, at the discretion of the Secretary of

State, for transfer to appointments in other

dependencies.

You will also be subject to the

General Orders issued from time to time by the

Government of Hong Kong. A copy of the latest

edition of the Colonial Regulations is enclosed for

your information.

3. You will be placed on the permanent and

pensionable establishment in the Colony with effect

from the date of your departure from this country.

In the event of your retirement in pensionable

circumstances you will be permitted to retain your

title to pension in respect of your Home service,

calculated separately upon your Home service and salary

in accordance with the provisions of No. 9 of the

Rules of the 51st of July, 1911, framed under Section

7 (1) of the Superannuation Act, 1909.

4. If you are prepared to accept the appointment

on these conditions you should present yourself without

delay to one of the Consulting Physicians to this

Department
